LUSH has managed to establish itself as a cosmetic brand that is actively fighting for several social and environmental causes. Through this pop-up LUSHPRESS, the main program LBTI (Lush Bathbomb type indicator) was designed to provide a different method of understanding propensity and provides a variety of contents to help each people learn their personality, and not only that the experience will give the brand a more positive and personalized experience to the customer which will lead to a more comprehensive brand identity.
